Tax Accounting Compliance & Reporting Consultant

About the role

Join a globally coordinated tax team that delivers integrated compliance and reporting services. As a Tax Accounting Compliance & Reporting Consultant you will support clients in managing tax obligations, statutory accounts, and financial reporting while leveraging technology and best‑practice processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with financial digital processes, including year‑end closings, audit support, and preparation of financial statements.
• Handle tax compliance tasks such as corporate tax returns and VAT filings.
• Perform general accounting duties, credit control, and internal optimisation projects.
• Prepare management reports, budgeting, analytical bookkeeping, and conduct financial health and competitor analyses.
• Oversee day‑to‑day client engagement activities, monitor progress, manage risks, and drive performance‑improvement solutions.
• Supervise and coach junior team members, fostering a positive learning culture.
• Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines and standardized processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation or a related field.
• Strong track record in management and experience working across borders with large data sets.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
