Team Head Learning & Growth

About the role

The Team Head – Learning & Growth will lead the training and development function, turning the L&G strategy into actionable yearly plans and delivering high‑quality learning solutions to both internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Translate the L&G business strategy into annual operational plans and ensure execution.
• Support the department in meeting P&L, revenue and utilization targets, and manage budget tracking.
• Lead the development of LMS courses, e‑learning modules and blended learning content.
• Collaborate with internal subject‑matter experts and external trainers to maintain varied, high‑quality programs.
• Introduce new content formats and delivery tools to increase engagement.
• Oversee end‑to‑end delivery of training programs, including facilitation and logistics.
• Maintain client satisfaction through regular communication, feedback collection and repeat‑business generation.
• Manage the LMS – course uploads, user access, system performance, adoption and completion tracking.
• Coach facilitators and internal trainers to improve content quality and learner impact.
• Ensure compliance with L&G policies, processes and reporting standards, and keep training records and dashboards up to date.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Education, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 6–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, training delivery or capability building.
• 2–3 years of experience leading a team or managing L&D projects.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms, e‑learning development and blended learning design.
• Experience delivering training for external clients or in a consulting/training business is a plus.
• Strong budgeting, reporting and stakeholder‑management skills.
