Team Lead – Lead Generation

About the role

Wigiwork is looking for a motivated and organized Team Lead to own a lead generation channel and manage a small team of 3‑4 members. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a results‑driven mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise lead generation operations, systems and performance.
• Execute hands‑on outreach and lead generation activities.
• Lead, coach and motivate a small team to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational excellence.

• Strong spoken English and communication skills.
• Leadership mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
• Proactive, energetic and goal‑oriented approach.
• Comfortable using business software and digital tools.
• Ability to manage people, priorities and performance effectively.
