Technical Deployment Lead – Pakistan

About the role

The Technical Deployment Lead – Pakistan will oversee the technical onboarding, rollout and operational activation of the aiSTART platform across schools, ministries and regional education bodies throughout Pakistan. Reporting to the Country Deployment Director, the role ensures the platform is deployed securely, reliably and at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical deployment activities for aiSTART across the country, coordinating onboarding, school activation and regional roll‑out.
• Manage deployment schedules, track milestones and support scaling across districts and education offices.
• Oversee user provisioning, bulk onboarding and access management for teachers, administrators and students.
• Coordinate technical integrations with ministry systems and local infrastructure, working with the AI Operations Center to validate environments and ensure readiness.
• Serve as primary escalation point for deployment‑related technical issues, collaborating with local support and Slangit technical teams.
• Monitor performance, adoption metrics and platform reliability, supporting load‑readiness and scaling during peak onboarding periods.
• Ensure governance, security and compliance requirements are met throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale technical deployments in the education sector.
• Experience working with government ministries, local deployment teams and technical support centres.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
