Technical Recruiter

About the role

Creative Chaos is seeking a Technical Recruiter to strengthen its Talent Acquisition team and build a robust pipeline of IT talent. You will source, screen, and present qualified candidates for a variety of technical positions while promoting the company’s employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates on niche platforms such as Stack Overflow and GitHub.
• Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
• Conduct pre‑screening calls and structured interviews, including technical assessments.
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to forecast hiring needs.
• Craft personalized recruiting emails to engage passive candidates.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding of new hires.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Hands‑on experience with phone, Skype, and structured interview formats.
• Ability to understand and explain technical job requirements.
• Familiarity with HR practices and labor legislation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Stack Overflow, GitHub, and Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable) and resume databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
