Technical Recruiting Specialist

About the role

The Staff Augmentation Team Lead drives the delivery, growth, and client success of our technical staffing services. You will act as the primary liaison for clients, lead augmented teams, and partner with sales and marketing to expand revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned staff‑augmentation clients, managing expectations, risks and expansion opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and manage augmented team members across multiple engagements, handling onboarding, performance reviews and professional development.
• Oversee delivery quality, track sprint goals, enforce best practices and ensure timelines, SLAs and client standards are met.
• Coordinate staffing plans with sales, recruitment and operations, supporting candidate evaluation, onboarding and capacity scaling.
• Track utilization, velocity, quality and attendance metrics; produce regular performance reports for leadership and clients.
• Identify and mitigate delivery, people and client risks; manage escalations and ensure service continuity.
• Support business development by spotting upsell/cross‑sell opportunities, participating in pre‑sales calls, proposals and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Marketing to define ICP, craft messaging, develop case studies and execute go‑to‑market campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical recruiting or staff‑augmentation teams.
• Strong client‑facing skills with a track record of building trusted relationships.
• Excellent people‑management abilities, including coaching, performance management and conflict resolution.
• Analytical mindset for tracking KPIs, utilization and delivery metrics.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, recruitment and marketing teams.
