Technical SEO Manager – React/Next.js (Remote, Full‑Time)

About the role

This remote, full‑time position blends 60% technical SEO leadership with 40% hands‑on React/Next.js development. You will drive organic growth while independently coding, optimizing, and publishing website pages for a fast‑growing UK organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy, including technical SEO audits and issue resolution.
• Conduct keyword research, search‑intent analysis, and competitor research to improve rankings and traffic.
• Manage SEO‑focused content strategy, identify gaps, and enhance existing content.
• Maintain Google Business Profile, local search visibility, and monitor SEO KPIs via Search Console, GA4 and GTM.
• Build reporting dashboards that link SEO performance to business outcomes.
• Use Claude and other AI tools to automate repetitive SEO and marketing tasks.
• Implement website changes directly in the React/Next.js codebase, including page creation, layout updates, and technical SEO improvements.
• Drive YouTube content promotion and manage tracking, A/B testing, and email automation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior‑level experience in content marketing, SEO strategy, and driving organic growth.
• 5+ years using Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• 2+ years of professional experience with React and Next.js development.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
