Technical Service Lead

About the role

The Technical Service Lead will drive sales operations and channel management for Ingredion in the assigned region. You will build strong relationships with dealers, sub‑traders and end‑customers, ensuring the company’s products are positioned effectively and business grows organically.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, generate intelligence and maintain customer profiles.
• Monitor sales data, track performance of the distribution network and identify trends.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, set pricing recommendations and pursue new market opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with sub‑traders, dealers and their customers through regular visits and promotions.
• Support dealer development, implement trade marketing tools and drive digitalisation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Ingredion’s ethics, safety standards and zero‑tolerance policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Textile Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of B2B technical sales experience, preferably based in Faisalabad.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and grow business.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting systems.
