Technical Support Representative - Evening Shift

About the role

A Pakistan office is looking for a motivated Technical Support Representative to work the evening shift, helping customers and internal teams with technical issues, troubleshooting software problems and ensuring support requests are resolved in a timely way. The position is five days a week, from 6:00 pm to 3:00 am.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist clients with application-related issues
• Troubleshoot account and application issues to identify root causes
• Diagnose problems and run tests within the application to verify functionality
• Submit support tickets for parts delivery requests and other necessary actions
• Document client interactions and issue resolutions accurately
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
• Follow up with clients to ensure timely resolution of their concerns

Required profile

• Proficiency in spoken and written English
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot software and application issues
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in customer support, help desk or technical support is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment

Preferred skills

• Familiarity with ticketing systems (HubSpot, Intercom, etc.)
• Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS or related industries is a plus
