Tele Sales Executive - Solar Energy Solutions

About the role

Solartech (Private) Limited, part of Solar Tech Group, provides renewable energy solutions in Pakistan since 2005, serving residential and large-scale government and private projects. It is looking for a full-time Tele Sales Executive for its office in Lahore. This on-site role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining solar energy solutions and turning leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product offerings
• Answer customer inquiries and convert leads into sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships and meet sales targets
• Document and report customer interactions and feedback for business improvement

Required profile

• Proven communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong telecommunication and sales skills, including cold calling, lead nurturing and closing deals
• Ability to explain technical information about solar energy solutions clearly
• Sales or customer service experience, preferably in a technical or renewable energy field
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred but not required; sales training is a plus

• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications for managing customer information and reporting
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently
