About the role
The Tender & Sale Services Executive will manage end‑to‑end tender processing, prepare and submit bids, and support sales activities for Fresenius Medical Care Pakistan. The role ensures accurate documentation, coordination with internal departments, and timely execution of tender‑related tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Circulate tender notices, track bidding deadlines, and prepare technical and financial offers.
- Coordinate with Accounts to prepare financial instruments, performance securities, and stamp duties.
- Maintain customer master data and create purchase orders in SAP.
- Prepare sales quotations, update tender trackers, and manage records of tenders, POs, and financial instruments.
Required profile
- Experienced in tender management and sales support within a corporate environment.
- Strong coordination skills with supply chain, finance, and quality departments.
- Attention to detail in documentation and record‑keeping.
