About the role
Jaffer Agro Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Territory Sales Officer to join our Pesticides Sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing professional relationships with our customers and optimizing base sales, NPD promotions of all agricultural products.
Key responsibilities
- Develop professional relationships with dealers to strengthen the company's market position.
- Evaluate the territory's potential and dealer network to facilitate market expansion.
- Conduct regular field activities to ensure demand generation at the farmer level.
- Review rolling forecast with the Regional Manager and adjust as needed.
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
- Expertise in conducting effective on‑farm presentations and field days.
- Ability to conduct market surveys.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel for planning.
