About the role
EY is looking for an experienced transfer pricing specialist to join its tax team in Karachi. The role works in a professional, client-focused environment on projects covering corporate tax, transfer pricing and VAT, with flexibility and autonomy.
Key responsibilities
- Work in a team of tax specialists on corporate tax, transfer pricing and VAT matters
- Manage clients and projects
- Lead transfer pricing strategies
- Support audits and advise on international tax
- Mentor junior team members
Required profile
- Transfer pricing experience in a similar role, from another audit firm or an in-house transfer pricing section
- Understanding of complex transfer pricing concepts and broad exposure to transfer pricing issues
- Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Commercial Law, MSc in Business Administration and Auditing, or Master of Laws
- Ideally: proficiency in Arabic and professional services experience
Required skills
- Strong organizational, analytical and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team, taking initiative and delegating effectively
