About the role
We are looking for a motivated Travel Sales Executive to join Ninja Travels & Tours in Johar Town, Lahore. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on engaging potential clients, providing travel and visa consultancy, and creating customized itineraries that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with prospective customers and promote travel packages, flight tickets, and Umrah services.
- Provide expert advice on visa requirements and travel logistics.
- Design and prepare personalized travel itineraries.
- Secure bookings and manage the end‑to‑end sales process.
- Maintain ongoing relationships with clients and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Generate regular sales reports and monitor market trends.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, destination information, and competitor offerings.
Required profile
- Strong sales and customer service orientation with relationship‑building abilities.
- Good knowledge of global destinations, visa processes and travel logistics.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Organizational and multitasking capabilities to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, sales or customer service is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with booking software.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Ability to conduct online research for travel information.
