Treasury Back Office Analyst

About the role

The Treasury Back Office Analyst will be responsible for processing and settling treasury products, ensuring accurate validation, documentation, and accounting while maintaining uninterrupted banking operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and settle treasury products, manage bank account openings/closings, and handle signatory changes with proper authorisations.
• Maintain KYC, FATCA and CRS compliance, prepare loan drawdown documentation, and perform bank reconciliations.
• Handle FX transactions, inward/outward remittances, and resolve payment issues with banks.
• Maintain loan details, repayments, accruals, interest payments and keep forex rates updated in the ERP.
• Issue corporate credit cards, provide monthly statements, and support auditors with balance confirmations.
• Identify bottlenecks, suggest workflow automation, and contribute to cost‑saving initiatives on bank charges and borrowing interest.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury, preferably in UAE/GCC banking environment.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and advanced MS Office skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
