About the role

The Truck Dispatch & Sales Coordinator ensures smooth movement of goods by linking drivers, customers, and the sales team. This role balances operational efficiency with customer service to support timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch trucks to meet delivery schedules while controlling costs.
• Communicate dispatch instructions to drivers and resolve any on‑road issues.
• Maintain and update driver schedules to align with customer demand and optimal routing.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, providing delivery updates and handling inquiries.
• Work closely with the sales team to synchronize delivery plans with sales forecasts.
• Ensure all dispatch activities comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Record dispatch activities accurately and generate required reports.
• Identify and support process improvements to increase dispatch efficiency.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, or transportation coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and make quick decisions.
• Attention to detail and solid problem‑solving capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
