Truck Dispatcher – US Freight Operations (Lahore)

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Truck Dispatcher to support our US freight operations from our Lahore office. The role involves coordinating loads, negotiating rates and ensuring timely delivery for a fast‑growing logistics team.
Key responsibilities
- Source and book loads using DAT, Truckstop and other load boards.
- Negotiate rates with brokers to maximize margins.
- Dispatch, route and provide real‑time support to drivers.
- Monitor pickup and delivery schedules to meet on‑time performance targets.
- Maintain documentation, track shipments and update status reports.
Required profile
- 6–12 months of experience dispatching US trucks.
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US hours.
- Highly organized and able to stay calm under pressure.
Required skills
- Proficiency with DAT load board.
- Proficiency with Truckstop load board.
What we offer
- Base salary up to PKR 60,000 plus 10 %–15 % commission.
