Truck Dispatcher – US Logistics (Full‑Time)

About the role

Nexora Logistics is seeking a motivated Truck Dispatcher to manage US freight loads from our Islamabad office. You will act as the central point of communication between carriers, brokers, and drivers, ensuring profitable and timely shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and book profitable loads for carriers using load boards.
• Negotiate freight rates with brokers to secure the best terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and drivers.
• Plan routes, schedule drivers, and monitor daily operations.
• Track shipments, provide real‑time updates, and resolve delivery issues.
• Handle carrier packets, rate confirmations, and dispatch documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth daily workflow.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2+ years of experience in US truck dispatching.
• Good understanding of DAT, Truckstop, and other load boards.
• Excellent English communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
