Umrah Sales Agent – Religious Travel Specialist

About the role

Seven Zones Travel is seeking a dedicated Umrah Sales Agent to guide clients through every step of their pilgrimage journey. The role combines sales expertise with deep knowledge of Umrah requirements to deliver a seamless, spiritually enriching experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive consultation on Umrah packages, including itineraries, accommodation, and transportation.
• Coordinate and manage bookings for flights, hotels, and ground transport.
• Assist clients with visa, passport, and other required documentation.
• Deliver exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues throughout the pilgrimage process.
• Customize packages to meet individual or group preferences.
• Maintain strong relationships with airlines, hotels, and other service providers.
• Ensure all arrangements comply with regulatory and religious guidelines.
• Promote Umrah packages via social media, online platforms, and community outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a travel agent, preferably focused on Umrah or Hajj.
• In‑depth knowledge of Umrah visa requirements, travel logistics, and religious practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with empathy and professionalism.
• Exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with travel booking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Cultural sensitivity to Islamic practices; Arabic language skills are highly desirable.
