Umrah Sales Representative – Travel Consultant (Lahore)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Umrah Sales Representative to join our growing travel team in Lahore. You will work UK business hours, assisting clients with Hajj and Umrah travel packages while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with Hajj and Umrah travel packages.
• Provide professional guidance and exceptional customer service.
• Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their journey.
• Stay up to date with airline fares, ticketing rules, and travel regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
• Mandatory experience in Hajj & Umrah sales (fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged).
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work during UK business hours.

Required skills

• Knowledge of airline ticketing rules.
• Understanding of fare structures.
