About the role

We are looking for a proactive Upwork Bidder who can turn vague project listings into winning contracts. Based in Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi, you will work in a hybrid setting, collaborating with our agency team to secure high‑ticket clients.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑value Upwork opportunities.
• Craft custom, human‑like proposals that stand out from AI‑generated bids.
• Interpret client requirements and translate them into clear project scopes.
• Manage bid pipelines, including placeholder bids and strategic entries.
• Respond promptly to interview invitations and client communications.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Upwork’s ecosystem, algorithms, and bidding nuances.
• High tolerance for rejection and ability to stay motivated after multiple unsuccessful bids.
• Excellent written English that feels natural and persuasive.
• Comfortable handling fast‑paced client interactions and Zoom calls.
