US Service Communicator - Night Shift (Cold Calling)

About the role

A full-time Sales Representative (cold calling) is sought for a US-based sales/business development role, working the night shift from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. The person makes outbound calls, generates leads, understands customer needs and turns prospects into business opportunities. The location is listed as Najeeb Center, PECHS Block 2, Karachi.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and introduce company products or services professionally.
• Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads, then follow them up by call, email or other channels.
• Understand customer requirements and handle questions and objections professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with relevant teams on qualified leads and report regularly on calling and lead-generation activity.
• Follow company policies, procedures and communication standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or graduate qualification; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, telemarketing or customer service is an advantage.
• Availability to work on-site in Karachi from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday to Friday.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, including strong spoken English with international clients.
• Confident, persuasive personality and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
• Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
