About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our vendor partnership and business development efforts, connecting brands with students who want them. This role involves building a pipeline of partner brands and closing deals that bring value to both merchants and our student community.

Key responsibilities

Build and own the pipeline across cafés, restaurants, fashion, salons, gyms and more.
Pitch the founding‑partner offer to owners and decision‑makers face‑to‑face.
Negotiate and close student deals and commercial terms.
Hit monthly signing targets and keep the CRM accurate and up‑to‑date.
Gather brand feedback and help shape the offering accordingly.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, business development or merchant acquisition (FMCG, restaurants, retail, fintech/payments, or aggregator).
Proven track record of closing deals, not just arranging meetings.
Comfortable approaching managers in person, even in cold weather.
Fluent in Urdu and English; own transport is a plus.
