About the role
A team of Virtual Medical Assistants is being expanded to support US/UK-based healthcare clinics from a Lahore office. This is a full-time, permanent position working night shifts to align with international clinic hours, with an in-office location in Lahore.
Key responsibilities
- Manage patient scheduling, intake forms and electronic health records (EHR/EMR)
- Coordinate patient care, prescription refills and insurance verifications
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, pharmacies and clinics
- Provide administrative support to international physicians
Required profile
- Degree in Nursing, MBBS, Pharmacy, Allied Health Sciences or a related healthcare/biomedical field
- Prior experience as a VMA or in a medical billing/healthcare BPO setting is highly preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail
