About the role

The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) acts as a digital bridge between Mashreq Bank and its clients, delivering a seamless, technology‑driven banking experience. The role focuses on proactive client engagement, smooth onboarding, and post‑onboarding journeys while ensuring compliance and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

Lead management, acquisition and handling of drop‑off scenarios.
Assist clients through onboarding and manage ongoing servicing and complaints.
Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within three months of account opening.
Maintain portfolio management, client communication strategies and follow‑up schedules.
Escalate complex cases to internal teams and ensure all actions comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

Strong client‑centric mindset with ability to assess needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
Decision‑making authority over time and resource allocation for client accounts, and ability to identify and raise potential risks.
