Voice Room & Merchant Operations Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Voice Room & Merchant Operations Specialist to drive the strategy, execution and performance of events hosted on our platform. The role combines event planning, revenue growth and continuous optimisation to ensure engaging experiences for our contracted hosts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operation strategies for host‑led events, set and achieve revenue targets.
• Design event concepts that align with current affairs and trending topics, overseeing registration, promotion and post‑event follow‑up.
• Monitor event processes, identify issues in real time and implement corrective actions.
• Analyse event outcomes, produce performance reports and recommend improvements for future events.
• Track industry trends and competitor activities, propose new revenue‑generating event ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and execute policies reliably.
• Logical, problem‑solving mindset with a results‑oriented attitude.
• Positive team player with strong commitment to goals.
