Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain Team in Lahore. You will coordinate with 3PL operators, sales teams, and dealers to ensure efficient warehouse operations, accurate order fulfillment, and timely deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with 3PL warehouse operators, sales teams, and dealers to ensure efficient warehouse operations and timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs, including proper storage, stacking, and handling of all SKUs.
• Monitor market fulfillment, sales commitments, and delivery schedules, and resolve pending dispatches.
• Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile inventory with system records.
• Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational inefficiencies.
• Prepare and maintain periodic warehouse and logistics performance reports.
• Oversee picking, packing, and shipping to ensure adherence to client SLAs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain operations.
• Experience with 3PL operations preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
