Warehouse Operations and Quality Control Officer

About the role

The Warehouse Operations and Quality Control Officer ensures effective management of warehouse activities, inventory control, and quality assurance. Working closely with warehouse, production, procurement, and dispatch teams, the officer maintains accurate records and upholds high standards of product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records in the ERP system, documenting all stock movements.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, and generate daily inventory reports.
• Perform detailed quality inspections on incoming, stored, and outgoing materials, reporting non‑conforming items.
• Supervise and mentor a small team of two staff members, allocating tasks and tracking performance.
• Coordinate with procurement and production to anticipate shortages and ensure timely replenishment.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with ERP or inventory management systems, preferably Odoo.
• Strong understanding of stock rotation methods such as FIFO and FEFO.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
