About the role
Sequel Technologies, a software company providing healthcare IT and medical billing services to the US market, is hiring a Web Flow developer based in Bahria Town Phase 7, Rawalpindi, with a preference for residents of Bahria, DHA or nearby areas. The role covers designing and building responsive websites in Web Flow, supporting WordPress projects and migrating sites from other platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop websites in Web Flow from Figma designs, templates or rough concepts
- Build and manage Web Flow CMS collections, responsive layouts and interactions
- Implement custom code using HTML principles across desktop, tablet and mobile
- Support WordPress projects, including theme customization and page builders such as Elementor or Gutenberg
- Optimize websites for SEO, performance and accessibility; configure integrations, forms, analytics and third-party tools
- Troubleshoot layout, compatibility and functionality issues
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on requirements and feedback
- Migrate medium and large websites from WordPress, HubSpot, custom platforms or other builders into Web Flow
- Develop reusable components, variables, design systems and CMS structures, maintain documentation and follow web development best practices
Required profile
- 2+ years of hands-on experience building and launching websites in Web Flow
- Strong knowledge of Figma, including Dev Mode, component inspection and auto-layout
- Understanding of responsive design, web accessibility standards and semantic HTML
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Required skills
- Mandatory experience with Web Flow
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals, Core Web Vitals, schema markup and image optimization
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search Console
