YouTube Account / Content Intern

About the role

A YouTube Content Intern is needed in Lahore, on site, to help the content team research YouTube trends, analyze channel and video performance and turn data into actionable content insights. The internship is open to fresh graduates and leads to a full-time opportunity.

Key responsibilities

• Research YouTube channels, videos, trends, topics and audience behavior.
• Analyze video performance and identify patterns behind high-performing content.
• Study metrics such as views, CTR, retention, engagement, watch time and audience growth.
• Identify content gaps, emerging trends and opportunities for new video ideas.
• Research competitors and understand what works in different content niches.
• Assist in developing data-backed content ideas, titles, hooks and formats.
• Maintain content research and performance reports and share observations with the team.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or final-year student from a reputable university; no prior professional experience required.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking, and the ability to read, understand and interpret data.
• Naturally curious about YouTube, digital content, creators and audience behavior.
• Good research, problem-solving, attention to detail, communication and documentation skills.

Required skills

• Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to turn numbers and observations into meaningful insights.
