Accounting & Administration Manager (Lahore)

About the role

Our client is looking for a diligent and highly organized Accounting and Administration Manager to oversee finance operations, office administration, HR coordination and commercial activities in Lahore.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records and oversee treasury activities including banking transactions and cash‑flow management.
• Prepare detailed financial, expense and analytical reports to support management decision‑making and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws by coordinating tax matters and submitting required documentation on time.
• Monitor budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities and assist with financial forecasting and planning.
• Oversee office administration to guarantee smooth day‑to‑day operations, documentation management and internal communication.
• Maintain coordination among departments to ensure effective information flow and operational efficiency.
• Support HR functions by managing attendance records, employee data and assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Handle commercial documentation and coordination related to company operational activities.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of relevant experience in accounting, finance or administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical and managerial capabilities with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities and support cross‑departmental coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
