Accounting & Finance Associate

About the role

Ibtdara is seeking a detail‑oriented Accounting & Finance Associate to manage day‑to‑day financial operations remotely. The role supports accurate record‑keeping, compliance, and provides essential financial insights for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain bookkeeping, financial records, and perform reconciliations.
• Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and regular financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and follow up on payments.
• Process payroll and employee reimbursements.
• Handle tax filings and ensure financial compliance.
• Prepare documentation and support audit processes.
• Assist with cash‑flow monitoring, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates with strong academic records are welcome.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical abilities, and English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
