Accounts Executive (BPO/Outsourcing)

About the role

An experienced Accounts Executive is sought to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The position is based in Karachi, Pakistan, on-site and full-time, and requires 1-2 years of experience. Candidates must have prior BPO / outsourcing industry experience, including hands-on experience with international invoicing and both Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

Key responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities.
• Process international client invoices and vendor bills.
• Perform bank, client and vendor reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Assist with financial reporting, expense monitoring and cash flow tracking.
• Support payroll, tax, audit and compliance-related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting/finance experience in the BPO / outsourcing industry.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Hands-on experience with international invoicing, AR and AP.
