Accounts Manager (Female)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to join our Lahore office on a hybrid basis. The role involves managing day‑to‑day communication with UK‑based clients, handling accounting and tax matters, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client communication via email, phone and meetings, providing clear, client‑friendly explanations of accounting issues.
• Draft professional correspondence and follow up on missing information to meet deadlines consistently.
• Handle client calls, resolve queries, and attend meetings to discuss financial and basic accounting matters.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while representing the firm professionally.
• Guide junior team members and support overall workflow.

Required profile

• ACCA qualified or BS Accounting from a reputable institute (non‑accounting background accepted with strong UK accounting/tax experience).
• Minimum 6 years of experience with UK accounting firms.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
