About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Manager to join our Lahore office on a hybrid basis. The role involves managing a portfolio of clients, handling their accounting and tax matters, and acting as the primary point of contact.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with clients via email, phone and meetings, ensuring clear and professional interaction.
- Draft and send concise emails, simplifying accounting concepts for clients.
- Request, track and follow up on missing information and deadlines.
- Handle client calls confidently, addressing concerns and providing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings to discuss accounts, basic financial statements and tax issues.
- Build and maintain strong client trust while representing the firm professionally.
Required profile
- CA Finalist or CA qualified; O/A Levels background preferred.
- Completed articles with a leading firm or a Big 4.
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Excellent research ability and clear conclusion drawing.
- Capable of managing multiple clients and tight deadlines.
Required skills
- Technical accounting knowledge.
- Tax knowledge.
