About the role
We are seeking a motivated Accounts Receivable Executive to join the Finance team of SAT Japan, a leading exporter of quality Japanese used vehicles. The role involves managing receivables, handling foreign currency transactions, and supporting our international automotive business.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable and conduct payment follow‑ups.
- Process foreign currency and international payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and perform account reconciliations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely collections.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in accounts or finance.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent English communication and client‑handling abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, professional environment.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
