AI Product Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on AI Product Engineer to turn ideas into shipped products using AI. You will build websites, apps, business automations, creative pipelines and voice agents while fine‑tuning large language models and multi‑agent systems.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly develop websites and applications with AI‑assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor and deliver production‑ready products.
• Design and implement multi‑agent workflows using Claude Agent SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar, including tool use, state persistence and self‑correction.
• Create business automation workflows with n8n or comparable platforms, integrating internal tools, data sources and third‑party APIs.
• Build and maintain creative generation pipelines (image/video) using Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI or similar for marketing and product use cases.
• Develop production‑grade voice agents with Vapi, ElevenLabs or similar that handle live calls, edge cases and failure recovery.
• Fine‑tune LLMs and agents (LoRA/QLoRA, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and evaluate improvements for specific use cases.
• Select the optimal technical approach (no‑code vs code, RAG vs fine‑tuning, single vs multiple models) and justify trade‑offs.

Required profile

• Strong Python programming skills and deep understanding of LLM behavior beyond API usage.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LangGraph or Claude Agent SDK and common agent design patterns (ReAct, Reflection).
• Proven track record of shipping real websites/apps using AI‑assisted development tools.
• Practical experience with n8n (or similar) for business automation.
• Experience building and deploying image/creative generation pipelines.
• Production experience with voice agents handling real customers or business processes.
• Practical LLM/agent fine‑tuning experience (LoRA/QLoRA, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and ability to judge when fine‑tuning beats prompting or RAG.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience; at least 2 years of relevant experience.
