AI Solutions Architect – Lead Intelligence & Automation

About the role

Byte Advisory is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the technical direction of an AI‑native lead intelligence and outbound automation platform. You will own architecture decisions, evaluate build‑vs‑buy options, write detailed technical scopes, and guide a full‑stack engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own end‑to‑end architecture across scraping, enrichment, website audit, and campaign handoff pipelines.
• Make strategic build‑vs‑buy decisions for third‑party tools and custom infrastructure.
• Write clear scopes, estimate timelines, and ensure delivery aligns with business goals.
• Guide and mentor developers, reviewing code and fostering best practices.
• Deploy and manage LLM APIs, open‑source models, and agentic workflows in production.
• Control inference cost and model performance on cloud or owned infrastructure.

Required profile

• 5+ years building production software, with at least 3 years architecting AI/ML or automation systems that are live.
• Ownership of at least two production AI/automation systems from design to deployment.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and open‑source model deployment (Hugging Face, Ollama).
• Experience building multi‑step, tool‑using agents and RAG systems backed by vector databases.
• 2+ years of mentoring or leading other developers.
• Strong client‑facing communication skills and ability to translate technical trade‑offs to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Background in B2B lead generation, enrichment, or outbound automation platforms.
