Amazon FBA Wholesale Store Manager

About the role

We are a growing Amazon FBA wholesale business looking for an experienced, self‑driven Store Manager to own and operate our Amazon storefront end‑to‑end. You will be the primary driver of the business, responsible for product sourcing, supplier relationships, P&L management and maintaining Amazon account health.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, research and vet wholesale products using tools such as Keepa, Jungle Scout and Helium 10, analysing sales velocity, BSR trends and price history.
• Maintain a healthy product catalog with a target ROI of 25 %+ and continuously audit under‑performing SKUs.
• Source, qualify and negotiate with wholesale distributors and brand‑authorized suppliers, managing purchase orders and inventory replenishment.
• Oversee all Seller Central operations including listings, inventory, FBA shipment creation, labeling and inbound logistics.
• Resolve Amazon cases, stranded inventory, listing suppressions and ensure compliance with Amazon policies, including ungating restricted brands.
• Own the store P&L, track revenue, COGS, fees and profitability at the SKU level, and provide regular performance reports.
• Develop and execute a sourcing roadmap to grow profitable revenue quarter over quarter.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience running an Amazon FBA wholesale operation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on margin, ROI and cost optimisation.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build long‑term supplier relationships.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
