About the role
MSA CARE Private Limited is seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth across a designated region. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with key clients and distributors.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the assigned area.
- Lead, guide, and motivate a local sales team to maximize performance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide actionable insights to senior management.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar regional role.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
