Assistant Manager – Marketing & E‑Commerce

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to lead our Marketing and E‑Commerce initiatives for Sika Pakistan. You will drive digital presence, support brand activities and ensure seamless online customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) – create, design and schedule content.
• Plan and execute digital campaigns including paid ads, SEO, influencer collaborations and query handling.
• Maintain and update the corporate website, e‑commerce platforms and related content.
• Support branding events, shop merchandising and the production of marketing collateral such as brochures, catalogues and videos.
• Operate CRM and sales tools (e.g., Pardot), run surveys and coordinate marketing campaigns.
• Develop and publish storytelling content like “Sika at Work” and Sika World Stories.
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy to boost brand awareness across digital and offline channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing and e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking abilities.
• Proven project and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Digital marketing tools: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, SEO, Google Analytics.
• Content creation and design coordination.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.
