About the role
The Assistant Property Manager will support the Property Manager in overseeing a portfolio of retail assets in Lahore. This role involves day‑to‑day assistance with building operations, tenant relations, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth property performance.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Property Manager in resolving building and site management issues.
- Coordinate work orders with tenants, vendors, and on‑site technicians.
- Supervise on‑site staff and monitor vendor compliance with service contracts.
- Conduct routine property inspections and identify potential problems.
- Manage A/R processes, including rent follow‑up and lockout assistance.
- Review and code invoices accurately for payment.
- Support preparation of monthly financial reports and budgeting packages.
- Assist with insurance, electricity procurement, and real‑estate tax review processes.
- Ensure compliance with leases, contracts, codes, and owners’ policies.
- Schedule building activities such as move‑ins and move‑outs and verify insurance coverage.
Required profile
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with tenants, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Property Manager and asset managers.
- Basic understanding of property management procedures and financial documentation.
