Client Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Client Manager to join Zameen.com, Pakistan’s leading online real‑estate portal. In this role you will act as the face of the company, guiding buyers and sellers through the property‑search process and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers, understand their property requirements and present suitable listings.
• Conduct property demonstrations, arrange site visits and negotiate terms to close sales.
• Maintain regular follow‑up with clients to capture evolving needs and build long‑term relationships.
• Provide comprehensive briefings on property features, pricing and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and documentation.

Required profile

• Degree level education or equivalent practical experience.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
