Property Operations Coordinator

About the role

AAM Living, which delivers smart, data-driven property and asset management solutions across Texas, is looking for a proactive Property Operations Coordinator to manage end-to-end workflows across U.S. residential properties supporting portfolios of 400+ units. The role is remote, based in U.S. Central Time, and suits someone who understands U.S. property management processes, takes ownership of tasks and manages priorities with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage property management workflows from applications and leasing through move-ins, resident services, renewals and move-outs.
• Coordinate with property managers, leasing teams, maintenance staff, residents and vendors to resolve operational issues.
• Track outstanding tasks, follow up on delays and ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in property management systems.
• Follow established procedures and identify opportunities to improve workflows and turnaround times.
• Manage competing priorities across a high-volume portfolio while keeping accuracy and accountability.
• Communicate clearly with U.S.-based teams by call, email and internal systems, and take initiative to learn processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in U.S. residential property management, leasing or property operations.
• Understanding of applications, lease administration, resident services and move-in/move-out processes.
• Strong ownership, organization, problem-solving and follow-through.
• Good spoken and written English, confident communicating over calls.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a portfolio of 400+ units.
• Availability to work 6:00 PM–3:00 AM PKT, with occasional Saturdays as required.
