Sales Executive (Investment Adviser) - Luxury Real Estate

About the role

Cavalier Developers is building The Reserve, a luxury residential project in Gulberg, Lahore, and is hiring Sales Executives (also called Portfolio Managers) to act as investment advisers to high-value clients. The work is based on site at Square One Mall, Gulberg III, Lahore, on a six-day week.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to potential clients and generate your own leads
• Nurture relationships and guide clients through their investment decisions
• Lead site visits and consultations at the Experience Center
• Close sales and hit monthly targets
• Keep client records and the CRM up to date

Required profile

• 2+ years in real estate or high-ticket sales, with a track record of closing
• Confident, polished communication in English and Urdu
• A network or comfort working with high-net-worth clients
• Self-motivated, target-driven and presentable
• Based in Lahore
