Real Estate Acquisition Executives - DHA Lahore

About the role

IK Group of Companies is expanding its real estate operations and is hiring two experienced professionals with hands-on experience in the DHA Lahore property market. The two positions are Property Acquisition Executive and Investor Acquisition Executive, both full-time and on-site in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. Candidates must understand property transactions, legal documentation, verification and transfer procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Property Acquisition Executive: source properties directly from owners, developers and estate agents; identify undervalued properties and motivated sellers; negotiate purchase prices and terms; conduct market research, valuations and site visits; coordinate ownership verification, documentation and transfers; maintain a pipeline of profitable acquisitions.
• Investor Acquisition Executive: source local and international property investors; build relationships with serious buyers and investment partners; generate qualified leads through networking and referrals; present investment opportunities and arrange viewings; negotiate and secure investment transactions; coordinate with the Property Acquisition Executive to match investors with properties; assist with transaction documentation and verification.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of direct real estate experience.
• Hands-on DHA Lahore real estate experience is mandatory.
• Proven involvement in property sales, purchases, negotiations or investor acquisition.
• Ability to independently source properties or investors and manage transactions from enquiry to completion.
• Full-time, on-site availability in DHA Phase 8, Lahore.

Required skills

• Knowledge of sale and purchase agreements, stamp papers, e-stamping, sale deeds, power of attorney and buyer/seller verification.
• DHA Lahore verification, NDC procedures, transfer applications, transfer fees, taxes and outstanding dues.
• Familiarity with DHA phases, sectors, blocks and property prices, and ability to spot undervalued properties.
• Existing relationships with property owners, developers, dealers or investors.
