About the role

Zameen.com, Pakistan’s largest online real estate portal, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager – Classified Sales for its Lahore office. The role supports the sales team by managing agency relationships, driving revenue, and delivering excellent client service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with real estate agencies in the region.
• Handle accounts of onboarded agencies on the Zameen.com platform.
• Conduct periodic client visits, product demonstrations, and close deals.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Build long‑term strategic partnerships through superior customer service.
• Meet potential clients, conduct profiling and pitch appropriate products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Willingness to travel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, active‑listening and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
