Assistant Sales Manager – Property Sales

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Sales Manager to join Zameen.com’s property sales team. In this role you will act as the primary point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property selections, site visits and the closing process while representing the company’s brand.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and document client requirements for property units.
• Brief clients on relevant listings and provide detailed demonstrations.
• Arrange and conduct site visits, ensuring a smooth and informative experience.
• Follow up with clients to capture evolving needs and drive timely deal closures.
• Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to foster repeat business.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for sales with a focus on excellence and customer service.
• 1‑2 years of sales experience; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Strong communication skills and alignment with Zameen.com’s core values.
