Associate, Client Services (Non-Financial Corporates)

About the role

As an Associate in Client Services for Non-Financial Corporates, you will become an expert on the Capital IQ Pro Platform, providing diagnostic support and driving product usage and revenue. You will work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Content, Product, News, and Technical Support while serving a diverse client base across investment banking, private equity, investment management and corporate segments.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email and web chat, handling roughly 100 client interactions per month.
• Support clients across multiple industry sectors, including Energy, Technology, Media & Telecom, and Metals & Mining.
• Conduct product demonstrations, webinars and training sessions for new and existing users.
• Assist in building and maintaining internal Knowledge Base resources.
• Mentor and train new hires, sharing best practices and product expertise.
