Associate Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Associate Sales Development Representative to expand our client base, generate leads, and support sustainable revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Submit well‑crafted proposals on freelancing platforms to attract potential clients.
• Conduct targeted research to identify high‑quality prospects and leads.
• Maintain and organize client data accurately within the CRM system.
• Manage initial client conversations, understand needs, and build rapport.
• Coordinate with the team to schedule qualified meetings with interested prospects.
• Provide timely follow‑ups and gather feedback to support ongoing client engagement.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate to 1 year of experience, preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Willingness to work night shift and strong time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in written and verbal English.
• Ability to learn and adapt to software development processes.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM tools for data management.
• Knowledge of online freelancing portals (a plus).
